Philadelphia, PA: Just in case the head-scratching moves of Chip Kelly and the Philadelphia Eagles didn’t look ridiculous enough, the quarterback position went from mediocre to worse when recently traded for Sam Bradford was knock out of his shoes after watching film of Chip Kelly’s warp speed offense. Literally.
Allegedly, Sam Bradford was so shaken by the game tape of the Eagles’ offense from last year that he fell over and tore both ACLs, thus ending the quarterback’s season before it even began.
Bradford has been stricken with injuries lately in his career with the St. Louis Rams. In 2013, he tore his ACL in week 7, and then tore the same ACL again in week 2 of 2014. This latest ACL tear, or tears, marks the earliest in a season, or off-season, that Bradford’s season has ended.
In other news, Chip Kelly has already begun offering Mark Sanchez back to the New York Jets for their 1st round pick this year and the next in the hopes of making up for the rest of the Eagles’ off-season moves.
